These are the questions I get most often. If yours is not here, write to me and we will talk it through.
- How do we book our date?
- First we meet on a video call: we get to know each other, you tell me about your wedding, and you see my work without rushing. Afterwards I send you a document with five recommendations for hiring your wedding photographer, along with the link to pay the 30% retainer. The balance is settled one month before the wedding day. Book the video call
- When do we get our photos?
- Within 48 hours of the wedding I send you 25 highlight images so you can share them right away. The complete gallery is delivered two months later.
- How are the photos delivered? Can we print them?
- Through a personalized online gallery, where you can download every photo in high resolution and, if you like, order prints right there.
- Do you charge travel fees for other destinations?
- They are already included. Before sending you the collections I ask where the wedding will be, and I build the proposal with travel accounted for. You do not have to worry about it: the price you see is the final price.
- Do we sign a contract?
- Always. Every wedding is covered by a contract: it protects you and it protects me, and it puts in writing exactly what your collection includes.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Nine to eighteen months ahead is ideal. That said, some love stories cannot wait: if your date is open, 48 hours notice is enough.
- What happens if it rains or we have to move the date?
- We are ready to capture your love in the rain. If the weather forces you to move the date, we reschedule at no cost, subject to availability. And if I am not free on the new date, your wedding is covered by my second shooter, someone I trust completely.
- Can we add hours on the wedding day?
- Yes. Beyond the contracted hours you can add extra time; I am happy to share the rate when we talk.
